Over the past decade, I have been working together with kids, adolescents, adults and families. I graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a Master’s of Science in Counseling. I am currently providing mental health services as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
As a therapist, I seek to build a safe environment through building a genuine and collaborative relationship with clients. My intentions are to empower clients to create meaningful goals, feel understood, cared for and respected. I provide quality client care using an integrative theoretical approach with evidence-based procedures and practical tools/resources.
Some of the reasons people seek counseling is for guidance with myriad of life stressors such as divorce, anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, post partum depression, grief and loss, life transitions, school/work/home life stress.
For whatever reasons an individual is considering help with an area of pain or life struggle, I believe there is Fierce Hope despite the frustrating challenges or feelings of hopelessness. I operate from the belief system that we all have strengths, grit and the resilience to make intentional positive life changes.
