I, Sarah Hofer, obtained a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (License number: LAMFT-7298) in the state of Idaho.
I have training, coursework and experience in working with issues such as self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, and marital problems, as well as working with children and adolescents with various issues. I work primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral approach and draw from Narrative therapy, Client-Centered therapy, and others. I enjoy working with adults, children, couples and families.
