About Me
I (Robyn Canepa) obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology degree from University of California-Davis, as well as a Master of Science, Counseling Psychology: Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy degree from San Francisco State University (2006). I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Intern (Registration # COUI-7951) in the state of Idaho.
I especially enjoy working with children and families. I have received specialized training in my master's degree program in marriage and family therapy including theory and techniques for working with systems. I have a great deal of experience providing case management services to people and helping them connect with needed resources in their community. I am especially excited to work with those underprivileged and those that need help in their life. I like to use theories from marriage and family therapy including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. I believe in empowering people to make positive change. |
